We are pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY when you spend £10.00 or more and have your order delivered to any of the following destinations:-

United Kingdom (1-3 business days following despatch)

Northern Ireland (1-3 business days following despatch)

Channel Islands (1-3 business days following despatch)

BFPO (delivery time varies)

Please note that if you spend less than £10.00, a P&P charge of £1.80 will be applied to your order.

Worldwide Delivery

We deliver to many countries worldwide. To see prices for delivering to your country, please go to checkout. Enter your name and address details, ensuring that you select your country, and click 'Next'. You will be presented with a box entitled 'Class of Service', from which you will see a list of carriers, delivery times and prices for delivering to your country. Please note that delivery times displayed are a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by customs or other delays which are out of our control. Delivery times quoted commence from the day following receipt of your despatch email from us.

You may be asked to pay import duty/import VAT/administration charges prior to your international shipment being delivered. These charges are entirely your responsibility and you will not receive your shipment until the charges have been paid. Please note that Ouch! Body Jewellery has no involvement in these charges as they are issued by agents on behalf of the customs authorities in your own country. If you have any questions relating to import charges, you should contact your country's customs office or check online.

For all non-UK deliveries, please note that we will only deliver to the cardholder's address, therefore please do not add any other address to your order.
