We are happy to refund any unopened item within 60 days - see our Returns Guarantee for full details. Sorry, we no longer offer exchanges - if you would like to order something else, please place a new order on our website.

Please note that all returns must be authorised prior to being posted back to us. Requests must be made using the form below - we will not accept requests over the telephone or via email. We will only refund items which are still fully sealed in the clear bag - we will not refund any items where the bag has been opened or tampered with.

If you would like to arrange a return, please complete the form below. You should await our reply before posting your return back to us - you will normally receive our reply email within one business day. The cost of returning your parcel is your responsibility, and we highly recommend that you send your parcel by recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable if your parcel becomes lost or damaged in the post.

Missing, damaged or incorrect items must be reported using the form below within 7 days of receipt.
