We will only exchange or refund items which are still fully sealed in the clear bag - we will not exchange or refund any items which have been opened or tampered with.
If you would like to arrange a return, please complete the form below. You should await our reply before posting your return parcel back to us - you will normally receive our reply email within one business day. The cost of returning your parcel is your responsibility, and we highly recommend that you send your parcel by recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable if your parcel becomes lost or damaged in the post.
