Product Description

These ring opening & closing pliers are great for fitting ball closure rings and other types of ring which are tension/pressure-based, ie, segment rings. You can also use them on rings which have been over-stretched - simply remove the ball/segment, squeeze the ring very gently to decrease the gap between the two ends of the ring, and then press the ball/segment back into place.

These ring opening & closing pliers are suitable for the following ring sizes:-

Gauge 0.8mm, minimum 6mm internal diameter - open and close

Gauge 1.0mm, minimum 6mm internal diameter - open and close

Gauge 1.2mm, minimum 6mm internal diameter - open and close

Gauge 1.6mm, minimum 8mm internal diameter - open and close

Gauge 2.0mm, internal diameter 10mm to 16mm - open and close

Gauge 2.0mm, internal diameter 18mm to 22mm - open only

Gauge 2.4mm, internal diameter 10mm to 22mm - open only

Not suitable for larger gauges or diameters.
