316L surgical steel nose stud with a gauge of 0.8mm, featuring a beautiful gemstone set in a 2.3mm diameter steel setting. Available in a choice of gemstone colours.

This is a great as it sits just in place where I needed it to. The smaller gauge was a good decision, too.
