Highly-polished internally-threaded 14 carat white gold attachment featuring a sparkling clear triangle jewel. The attachment features a protruding threaded stem, manufactured from 316L surgical stainless steel, which is designed to screw into the hole at the end of any 1.2mm gauge internally-threaded stem such as barbells, bananas and labrets. The threading on the stem is 0.9mm, making it suitable for screwing into stems which have an inner gauge of 0.9mm and an outer gauge of 1.2mm.
