The labret stem on this threadless jewellery is hollow, and the snake features a straight pin at the back which you bend very slightly and then push into the labret stem. This labret has a gauge of 1.2mm and is offered in a choice of lengths between 5mm and 14mm. The round base of the labret stem has a diameter of 4mm, whilst the snake itself measures 18mm long and is manufactured from 18ct gold-plated steel.
