Highly-polished internally-threaded titanium barbell featuring two screw-in balls. Each of the balls features a protruding threaded stem which screws into one of the holes at either end of the barbell stem. The outer gauge of the main barbell stem is 1.2mm which makes it suitable for 1.2mm gauge piercings. (The threading on the inside of the main barbell stem is 0.9mm, which is the same as the threading on the stem protruding from the ball. This 1.2mm gauge internally-threaded titanium barbell is offered in a choice of lengths between 6mm and 16mm, whilst the balls are offered in a choice of diameter sizes between 2mm and 4mm. The balls on this titanium barbell are offered in a choice of metal colours, however please note that the main straight stem section always has a mirror polish finish; it is only the two balls which are offered in a choice of colours.

So hard to find odd sizes especially with internal thread and in titanium. Shiny and looks great!

Good quality and perfect size for me (I bought the 7mm and the 8mm for an upper ear cartilage piercing). Make sure you check the proper size as once the seal is broken, even if you're trying it on, you can't return.
