Highly-polished internally-threaded titanium labret featuring a genuine black agate crystal ball set in titanium. The titanium base features a protruding threaded stem which screws into a hole at the end of the labret stem. The outer gauge of the main labret stem is 1.2mm which makes it suitable for 1.2mm gauge piercings. (The threading on the inside of the main labret stem is 0.9mm, which is the same as the threading on the stem protruding from the base of the attachment.)
