Highly-polished internally-threaded titanium labret stem featuring a titanium trinity ball attachment. The trinity ball attachment is plated in 18 carat gold and features a protruding threaded stem which screws into a hole at the end of the labret stem. Each ball on the trinity attachment is 1.5mm diameter, giving a total attachment diameter of 3mm. The outer gauge of the main labret stem is 1.2mm which makes it suitable for 1.2mm gauge piercings. (The threading on the inside of the main labret stem is 0.9mm, which is the same as the threading on the stem protruding from the attachment.) This 1.2mm gauge internally-threaded titanium labret is offered in a choice of lengths between 4mm and 18mm. Please note that the main labret stem colour is mirror polish; it is only the titanium trinity ball attachment which is finished in 18ct gold plate (as shown in the image).
