Good quality and well priced
Very pleased to open the padded package and find undamaged, bright and shiny goods. Poor quality threads often means it is difficult to 'start' the ball or they feel loose as you screw them on. None of that here. The threads appear to be well formed as the balls screw on easily and tighten up. Sterilized just for good measure and was wearing within 30 minutes of delivery. Look great.
Really pleased with the PVD gold barbell for my tongue which has much smaller balls than my last one so makes the piercing much more subtle (ordered gauge: 1.6mm, size: 14mm, ball diameter: 4mm). For anyone interested, I noticed that there is a difference in the tones of gold according to what materials are used. So I would describe the tone of PVD gold to be fairly pale (almost silvery), whereas 18ct gold plated stainless steel is a dark yellow tone and then 18ct gold plated sterling silver has more of a bright yellow tone (like 'Indian' gold jewellery).
