Highly-polished internally-threaded titanium banana featuring your choice of one or two sparkly claw-set jewels. Each of the jewels feature a protruding threaded stem which screws into one of the holes at either end of the curved barbell stem. The outer gauge of the main curved stem is 1.6mm which makes it suitable for 1.6mm gauge piercings. (The threading on the inside of the main curved stem is 1.2mm, which is the same as the threading on the stems protruding from each of the jewels.)
