This internally-threaded titanium extension pin is perfect for adding an extra 2mm in length to all of your 1.6mm gauge jewellery stems. The pin is compatible with any 1.6mm gauge internally-threaded jewellery which has 1.2mm threading. The pin features a 1.2mm threaded stem at one end, and a hole with 1.2mm threading inside at the other end. The outer gauge of the extension pin is 1.6mm, making it suitable for 1.6mm gauge piercings. This titanium extension pin is perfect for either permanently or temporarily extending the length of your stem by 2mm - for example, if you have a swollen piercing due to irritation, infection, etc, simply screw the extension pin into your existing jewellery stem until such time as the swelling has gone down. You can then remove the extension pin and wear your original stem on its own again. The extension pins can be joined together to achieve longer increases in length - ie, use two pins to gain an additional 4mm in length.
