14 carat gold labret featuring a genuine sparkling diamond, from our Threadless Body Piercing Jewellery Collection. You can read more about threadless jewellery here. The labret stem on this threadless jewellery is hollow, and the diamond attachment features a straight pin which you bend very slightly and then push into the labret stem. This labret has a gauge of 1.2mm and is 8mm long. The diamond is 0.03ct Grade VS2-SI1. The labret comes with the option of a free Satin Ivory Textured Gift Box.
