Highly polished solid 14 carat yellow gold nose stud featuring a star-shaped cubic zirconia gem with a diameter of 3mm. The gauge of the stem is 0.8mm and it is engraved with '14K'.

I have bought nose screws from other sites and the stone fell out within days but this nose screw has more claws and so the stone has stayed in place.
