Highly polished solid 14 carat white gold nose bone featuring a butterfly measuring 3mm in diameter. This beautiful gold nose bone weighs 0.1g and has '14K' engraved on the stem. The gauge of the nose bone is 0.8mm and it measures 8mm in length.
