Titanium curved banana with a gauge of 8mm, complete with two matching screw-on balls. This banana (or curved barbell) is internally-threaded, meaning that each ball contains a small threaded stem which screws into a hole at either end of the banana. This titanium banana is available in a choice of stem lengths between 16mm and 25mm, as well as being offered in a choice of colours. Suitable for PA (Prince Albert) piercings, as well as lots of other types of body piercings.

Ouch!'s internally threaded jewellery has been the best - it has a rounded edge which is hidden under the screwballs and this makes it much more comfortable to insert, especially early on at each gauge. The screw itself is screwed into the ball with a tiny allen key and can come loose - this can be screwed back in so long as you catch it happening and not after the fact.
Superb quality with very smooth finish. Ideal for stretching as internal threads cannot damage the piercing.
Very happy with this barbell, I have bought similar ones before from Ouch. They are easy and comfortable to put in and take out and very comfortable for day-to-day wear and sex. I find I'm wearing a barbell more and more these days n=instead of my usual rings.
