Designed for maximum comfort on your teeth and gums, this soft and flexible bioflex labret comes complete with a 2.4mm diameter titanium ball. The ball features a small stem which pushes into the main labret shaft - simply push on and pull off. This bioflex and titanium labret is offered in a choice of gauge sizes and lengths.

Much prefer to metal bars. Ball is a little smaller than I was used to but doesn't effect use.
