Stylish stainless steel upper ear cuff with heart detail mounted onto a 1.2mm gauge surgical stainless steel barbell. The space available along the barbell for your piercing is approximately 8mm. The barbell includes two 3mm diameter steel screw-on balls which hold the cuff firmly in place. This cuff is suitable for both the left and right ear.

easy to put in and take out. i have put mine in and slept in it to b honest (probley not reccomended )but it really doesnt bother me, is fine really secure and very pretty with show, the cut out hearts so girly and sweet.**
