Steel gemball mounted onto a 1.6mm gauge soft and flexible PTFE barbell. Available as a Single option with one gemball and one plain bottom ball, or as a Double option with two matching gemballs. Available in a choice of sizes, as well as with a choice of ball diameter sizes. Note: this item is not suitable for initial (unhealed) piercings due to its steel content.

I think the balls could be more securely fitted to the bar than just sliding them on for example a screw but quality for item is good
