This pretty nipple barbell is so sparkly in real life, thanks to the crystal clear cubic zirconia gems and the polished 14ct gold-plated finish. The decoration is mounted onto a 1.6mm gauge 316L surgical steel barbell and is held in place by two 4mm diameter screw-on balls which are also finished in gold-plate. This sparkly jewelled nipple barbell fits nipple piercings up to 14mm.
