316L surgical stainless steel fake plug on a 1.2mm gauge x 4mm threaded steel barbell. The plug gives the impression that you're wearing a 3mm, 6mm or 8mm gauge stretching plug - choose your preference from the 'Disc Diameter' drop-down box. The 4mm barbell is easily changeable with one of your own preferred lengths of barbell simply by unscrewing. Comes complete with two decorative rubber 'O' rings.

They are odd.. One has to be pushed from the front to the back of the ear and the other has to be put in from the back towards to the front. The gems are in the wrong way.
