316L surgical stainless steel fake expander featuring a very stylish 7mm diameter cubic zirconia gem which is available in a choice of colours. The fake stretcher comes complete with a black rubber 'O' ring on the longer part of the stretcher and is mounted onto a 6mm long barbell with a gauge of 1.2mm. The jewelled end gives the impression that you're wearing an 7mm gauge stretcher.
