316L surgical steel nipple shield featuring a circular chain design. The inner circle of this nipple shield has a diameter of 14mm, and the shield is secured in place by a steel barbell which is offered in a choice of 1.2mm and 1.6mm gauge. To fit the shield, first unscrew one of the 5mm diameter balls and slide the barbell out of the shield. Place the circle over your nipple and hold in place whilst inserting the barbell through your piercing. Finally, screw the ball back onto the barbell to secure the circle in place.
