Steel nipple shield in the design of a skull. To fit the nipple shield, first unscrew one of the balls from the barbell and slip the barbell out of the shield. Next, place the shield over the nipple, push the barbell through one of the holes on one side of the shield and then through the piercing, then through the hole on the opposite side of the shield. Finally, replace the ball by screwing it securely onto the barbell. The gauge of the barbell is offered in a choice of 1.6mm and 1.2mm and the internal diameter of the shield is 13mm. The dimensions of the shield (excluding barbell) are 18mm x 30mm.
