316L surgical stainless steel ear bar featuring three pretty encased gems. The round jewels measure 3mm, 3.5mm and 4mm in diameter, making the total size of the decoration 11mm from top to bottom. The barbell stem has a gauge of 1.2mm and is available in size 6mm. The bar comes complete with a 3mm diameter steel screw-on ball and is available in a choice of colours.

Looks pretty. I bought to wear as a conch piece but it's not healed so can't yet, but still like the look and think it would go very nicely there!
