Anodised titanium on 316L surgical stainless steel fake stretcher on a 1.2mm gauge x 6mm threaded steel barbell. The widest end of the stretcher gives the impression that you're wearing a 5mm gauge expander. The 6mm barbell is easily changeable with one of your own preferred lengths of barbell simply by unscrewing. Total length approximately 44mm. Available in a choice of colours.
