High quality titanium ball closure ring with a gauge of 9mm. This titanium ring is offered in a choice of internal diameter sizes between 12mm and 22mm and in a choice of colours. The ball features a small protruding stem which screws into one end of the ring. Manufactured from Medical Grade Titanium 6Al-4VEli ASTM:F-136.

Top quality goods and superb customer service, every time. I thought I'd try a larger diameter screw-in ball BCR. I have bought several 9mm gauge, 14 mm diameter, in various colours. I thought perhaps a 19 mm diameter could be more comfortable. I wasn't wrong. The 19mm follows the curve of my PA much better so I hardly know I'm wearing it. Although my piercing will take 10mm and even 12mm gauge, for everyday wear, I use the 9mm gauge in titanium. As far as I'm aware, only Ouch! supply titanium in this gauge. I've has my PA for 7 years and have bought jewellery from Laura for most of that time. I highly recommend Ouch! for all jewellery. Thanks again.
Brilliant quality, exactly as describe - great item
This internally threaded BCR, with screw-in ball, is easy to fit and remove for cleaning and there are no pinch points to trap and pull the frenum skin while wearing it. Being titanium it comes in a range of attractive anodised colours and I have bought several from Ouch! 9mm gauge is hard to find but Ouch! sell it.
Fantastic deep purple colour. Looks great as my PA ring. Comfortable to fit and wear and easy to remove to clean or change for a different ring.

The only thing I would like to see is bigger ball sizes.
I like this product I have bought several in different colours. The turquoise is such a bright beautiful colour and is my current favourite. The ring is highly polished with no sharp edges so easy to insert in my PA. Very comfortable to wear as long as the ball screws in towards the glans on the underside- fit it the other way and the frenum skin can get nipped. Titanium is not as heavy as stainless steel. I swapped from stainless as the weight was causing my piercing to stretch too much and I was concerned the piercing might split. All ok now I'm using titanium . As well as looking good it is very pleasurable for both partners during M /F sex
This is the 3rd one I've bought as I like to wear different colours as the mood takes me. Very comfortable as a PA BCR and no need for pliers to fit the ball. (Pliers to fit the ball in 9mm gauge ring scares me in case it slips). Easy to fit and I've found its important to have the ball screw in towards the underside of the glans. Fit the ring so the ball screws away from the glans on the underside & there is a tiny gap where the skin on the frenum can get caught. Ouch! ( no pun intended!)

I was so pleased with the first one of these I bought so I decided to get another in a different colour. Very comfortable in my PA but make sure the ball screws into the ring on the underside closest to the glans or the frenum skin can get caught in the little gap between the ball and other end of the ring if fitted the other way around.
