316L surgical steel nipple shield featuring a vintage gold coloured heart. A special oxidisation process results in a subtle blackening effect, which in turn gives the shield a vintage gold feel. This nipple shield fits piercings up to 14mm. The shield is secured in place by a steel barbell which is offered in a choice of 1.2mm and 1.6mm gauge. To fit the shield, first unscrew one of the 5mm diameter balls and slide the barbell out of the shield. Place the shield over your nipple and hold in place whilst inserting the barbell through your piercing. Finally, screw the ball back onto the barbell to secure the shield in place. The outer width of the heart (excluding the barbell and balls) is 24.7mm.
